What this page shows
Every hospital in Saudi Arabia must connect its patient records to NPHIES, the national health platform, so a patient's history follows them between hospitals. That national record is called the Unified Health Record.
CloudTech does that connection for these five hospitals through our own integration engine, OCN. The hospital sends us its data; we convert it to the national standard and submit it.
This page shows where each hospital has reached, what is finished, and what each one is waiting on — and who owes the next step.
Every hospital passes through three stages, in this order
1ONATesting
Each type of record — admissions, lab, medication and so on — is built and tested with Lean, one at a time, until it passes.
2StagingRehearsal
Everything is tested again on Lean's rehearsal system using dummy data, to prove it works end to end.
3ProductionLive
The same tests run on the live system with real patient data. Once they pass, the hospital is live.

- ✓SSO — Production confirmed 15 Jul with ORG_VALIDATION_FAILED resolved; conformance passed 16 Jul; sign-off returned 20 Jul.
- ◐Clinical Notes — Still open in ONA. All Clinical Summary test cases pass through OCN and the guide has been shared, but submission fails on the Seha validator.

Staging conformance — NHIC mapping validation
MDH conformance is complete on every use case except Clinical Notes — ADT, Lab, Radiology, Medication and SSO are closed. Moving into staging waits on the same NHIC mapping validation as AYH: one decision at NHIC unblocks both hospitals, and the staging endpoints from Lean follow it.
Clinical Notes error on the SEHA portal validator
The same error as AYH: the Clinical Summary case '4.1 Outpatient Encounter' fails on the Seha validator tool while the identical message is accepted on the XDS document-repository endpoint. Emailed to Lean on 22 Jul with the message request attached. The Clinical Notes integration guide has already been shared with and explained to MDH — nothing left on our side; the use cases are completed and returned once Lean resolves it.
Staging endpoints from Lean — all still awaited
As for AYH, every staging endpoint is still to be issued by Lean and follows the NHIC mapping validation decision.
Conformance complete bar Clinical Notes — every remaining wait is external.

Staging conformance — NHIC mapping validation
The gate on staging for AYH. Conformance is complete on every use case except Clinical Notes, but staging cannot start — and Lean will not release the staging endpoints — until NHIC validates the clinical mapping. Per Saad Al-Obaili (SHC) on 14 Jul: files were sent, the NHIC coding team replied 11 Jun with comments, AYH replied 7 Jul, and the response is still pending validation. Dr. Morsy has sent six reminders and states AYH has been blocked from ADT go-live since 12 May. On 19 Jul he answered NHIC's feedback point by point — medication mapping already approved per the Dr. Khaled meeting, LOINC 374/374 mapped, allergy substance description clarified.
Clinical Notes error on the SEHA portal validator
Submitting the Clinical Summary case '4.1 Outpatient Encounter' through the Seha validator tool returns an error, while the identical message is accepted successfully against the XDS document-repository endpoint (integration-ihe.cs-ona.nphies.sa:10382). CloudTech emailed Lean the message request on 22 Jul and asked which endpoints sit behind the Seha validator. The Clinical Notes integration guide has already been shared with and explained to AYH — there is nothing left to do on this side until Lean confirms and fixes it, at which point the remaining Clinical Notes use cases are completed and the results returned.
Staging endpoints from Lean — all still awaited
Every staging endpoint is still to be issued by Lean. They are released on the back of the NHIC mapping validation, so this moves with that decision rather than independently.
Deployment under way — SSO testing and patient data entry in progress.
- ◐HIS deployment — The HIS is being deployed at Sukoon; login, patient registration with test health IDs, practitioner registration and the IPD clinical summary after SSO have all been demonstrated.
- ◐SSO testing — Under way now — the team is testing SSO and adding patient data; the NPHIES clinical summary shows when clicking the NPHIES portal icon inside the patient EMR.
- ◐Oasis HIS team response — Awaiting their confirmation of the OCN integration requirements — whether their dev team can generate the OCN JSON payloads.
- ◐Public IP — Still not confirmed by Sukoon.
Production SSO and ADT conformance both passed — confirmed by Lean 2 Aug.
- ◐ADT clinical mapping — Lean asked on 2 Aug for the mapping update — ICD-10-AM diagnoses, SNOMED-CT allergies, ACHI 10th and ADA procedures, NICIP imaging and the NHIC Medication Registry Standard.
- ◐Lab next — Laboratory opens now that ADT has closed.
Fastest on the programme — all 17 ADT use cases passed in three days.
- ◐Lab integration under way — Riyadh moved to Laboratory straight after ADT and integration is in progress; Lab Order still needs the NHIC allergy code-to-category mapping (Food / Drug / Other), which CloudTech and OSH are each checking.
- ◐Issuer name not registered — holds production SSO — The issuer name is not registered on the NPHIES side, so production SSO cannot be set up; pending with Lean.
- ◐ADT not showing on the OCN portal — OSH's API calls return a response but do not appear on the portal, and the response shape changed between runs — ours to resolve and confirm.
- ◐Al Ahsa scope & issuer — Requested from CHI 20 Jul; Riyadh and Al Hamra run in parallel meanwhile.
